Dear Patients,

We have been closely monitoring the current situation and advice sorrounding the COVID-19 virus.

At this stage, in accordance with the latest ADA and State and Federal Government recommendations, we are still able to continue to treat our patients safely and our practice remains open and operating on our normal office hours.

We are an Accredited Practice which means we have been independently assessed to provide care in compliance with the highest standards of Infection Prevention and Control.

You can attend your appointment knowing we have implemented measures to observe “social distancing”. We have changed the way we operate our reception and waiting room areas and you may be directed to an alternative waiting area or asked to return to and wait in your car.

To help us in this endeavor we kindly ewquest that you:

– Do not bring friends, relatives or siblings to appointments if they do not have an appointment.

– Restrict accompanying persons to one person.

– If you need to be seen unexpectedly, please ensure you call beforehand so we can schedule this visit appropriately to limit the number of people in our waiting rom.

– Do not attend your appointment early or, if you do so, please wait in your car.

– Please brush your teeth prior to your appointment.

– We also request that if you have any symptoms such as dry cough, fever or have been in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

– If you have been overseas please adhere to the mandatory 14 day self isolation regulation.

These measures are designed to ensure we can treat all our patients to the standard you have come expect from us over the last decade and do so in the safest possible manner. It is also out civic duty to do so to protect our fellow Australians who may be more vulnerable to the effects of COVID-19 than young healthy people.

As further developments and advice is made apparent, we will continue to keep you informed. If you have any further questions, please call us on 02 9672 6113.
